How
do I do a screen snap? |

Simply
press the Print Screen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard, then run
Microsoft Paint from the Programs->Accessories folder. From the
Edit menu select Paste to paste the screen snap. Next save the file
to your hard drive and then email it as an attachment. |

I've
received an error message, what should I do? |

If
you have received an application error message, please click on the
Send to Slateboard Support button so that we have a record of the
error and can investigate. Next visit our download site and make certain
that you have the latest update installed. If the error continues
despite updating to the latest version, please send us a follow up
email with details on what you were doing when the error occurred. |

How
do I update my software? |

Visit
our download site to get the latest patch for your software. Once
you have downloaded the update, you must run it from Windows Explorer
and follow the Installation Wizard. |
