This
is almost always caused by the download having been unsuccessful
or incomplete. Check the file size of the EXE file you downloaded
and compare it to the file size expected on the download page.
If they are not the same then download your file again.

having problems entering my registration number, what should I
do?

Enter
the three part registration number in the three part Registration
field without the dashes, making sure that you enter numbers where
appropriate. Our codes use the format:
XXXX#-#####-######XXXX where X is a letter and # is a number.

me I only have 30 days left to use it. What gives?

message you are seeing is indicating that you have 30 days left
to the complementary access to the next higher version of the
software. This allows you to evaluate the more expensive software
for 30 days. After the 30 days are up the free features will disappear
and you will be left with the product you ordered.

having installation problems, we recommend you use the Windows Update
feature and select all Critical and Recommended updates to Windows.
Once your windows is up to date, this error should disappear. |

however make certain that you have downloaded the latest patch if
you downloaded some time ago. |

do I uninstall your software? |

the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs feature to remove any of
our products or patches. |

do I get a demo code? |

don't need one. If you are being prompted to enter a demo code then
you are using an old version of our software. Please visit our web
site and download the latest copy. Use the Demo Now button on the
