When installing, I get an "Instmia.exe was not found" error, what should I do?
You may need to download the Microsoft Installer before installing our software. This is an industry standard component that most users already have on their machine. We recommend downloading our software and attempting installation first. If you receive an error during the installation, please download the installer by using one of these links:
Windows Installer for Windows 95/98/ME (1.6MB)
Windows Installer for Windows NT/2000 (1.8MB)

When running for the first time, I get "Unable to load ODBCTL32.DLL", what should I do?

This error only happens on some machines. To fix it, you must download and install the following file from Microsoft:
Microsoft Jet Database Engine V4

I am getting a message during installation that says a file is corrupted. What should I do?

This is almost always caused by the download having been unsuccessful or incomplete. Check the file size of the EXE file you downloaded and compare it to the file size expected on the download page. If they are not the same then download your file again.

I'm having problems entering my registration number, what should I do?

Enter the three part registration number in the three part Registration field without the dashes, making sure that you enter numbers where appropriate. Our codes use the format:
XXXX#-#####-######XXXX where X is a letter and # is a number.

I haven't received my registration number yet but I need to get started now, what can I do?

Simply use the Demo Now button for 10 days of full access.

I just purchased and entered my registration number but it is telling me I only have 30 days left to use it. What gives?

The message you are seeing is indicating that you have 30 days left to the complementary access to the next higher version of the software. This allows you to evaluate the more expensive software for 30 days. After the 30 days are up the free features will disappear and you will be left with the product you ordered.

I can't download my order, can I upgrade to the CD-ROM?

Yes you can. The price difference is $5.00 for the CD-ROM, plus $5.00 shipping and handling. Simply send us an email and we will upgrade your order and bill your credit card.

I'm getting a message that says I need a Year 2000 update. What is this?
When having installation problems, we recommend you use the Windows Update feature and select all Critical and Recommended updates to Windows. Once your windows is up to date, this error should disappear.

I've already downloaded the demo, do I need to download again after ordering?
No, however make certain that you have downloaded the latest patch if you downloaded some time ago.

How do I uninstall your software?
Use the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs feature to remove any of our products or patches.

How do I get a demo code?
You don't need one. If you are being prompted to enter a demo code then you are using an old version of our software. Please visit our web site and download the latest copy. Use the Demo Now button on the registration window for 10 days of full access.

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional or XP Professional, and am having problems installing. Can you help?
